- Please label the return package with the provided return authorization code for efficient processing.


4. Inspection and Refund:


- Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify its condition and eligibility for a refund.
- If the product meets the return criteria, we will process a refund to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Please allow a reasonable period for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times may vary.

Our Guarantee encompasses the following assurances:

1. Product Damage: Should your product incur damage during transit.
2. Missing Items: In cases where your package is lost in transit.

2. Damaged During Transit:


- In the rare instance that an item is damaged during shipping, we will gladly provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost. Customers are requested to contact us with photos of the damaged item within 4 days of receiving the order.


3. Color Discrepancy Assurance:


- If the color of the received item varies significantly from what was displayed on our website, customers can initiate a return and receive a full refund or exchange. This ensures transparency and satisfaction with the product received.


4. Quality Concerns Policy:


- We stand by the quality of our products. If a customer is dissatisfied with the quality of an item received, they can return it within 4 days for a full refund or opt for a replacement. Feedback on quality concerns is highly valuable to us for continuous improvement.


5. Special Occasion Return:


- For items purchased for a specific occasion (e.g., marathon or race) and not worn, customers may return the unworn item within 4 days for a full refund. This acknowledges the unique nature of event-specific purchases.

Cancellation Policy:


- If a cancellation request is made within the initial 24 hours of placing your order, a full 100% refund will be issued.
- After 24 hours, once our artist has been assigned the project, a cancellation will incur a refund less a $25 processing fee.

We kindly request your understanding that our costs are incurred as soon as work begins on your order. Therefore, we strictly adhere to the above cancellation/refund policy.
